Last updated: August 2026. These terms cover your use of tickboxtool.co.nz. If you are a Tickbox customer, your subscription is governed by the MOCA terms and conditions, not by this page. Where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this website, quote from it with attribution, and send us an enquiry. Please do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that affects other people, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
What is on it
We keep this site accurate and current, and the pricing, timeframes and capabilities described on it are the ones we intend to honour. They are a starting point for a quote rather than an offer capable of acceptance: what a Tickbox site costs depends on the size of your organisation and the plan you are on, which is why every price on this site is a starting figure and says so.
Product screenshots show the real system with customer information replaced.
Our material and other people's
The Tickbox name, wordmark, tick device and the text and images on this site belong to us, apart from customer logos, which belong to those customers.
Product names belonging to other companies (PICMI, VisTab, Attendance and any others named on this site) belong to them, and are used here to describe what Tickbox connects to.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for any loss arising from relying on the general information on it, which is not advice about your particular situation. Nothing here limits any right you have under New Zealand consumer law, and nothing here limits or replaces what the MOCA terms and conditions say.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for it.
Law
New Zealand law applies, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is when we last did.
