Getting started

Yes. Tickbox supports PowerPoint, PDF, Word, image, audio and video content. We can build the initial inductions for you, and your administrators can update them afterwards.

You can start using a trial account straight away. If you choose assisted setup, we can build your initial inductions from the material you already use. A typical assisted setup takes one to two weeks.

Running it yourself

Yes. Administrators manage users, inductions, training content, branding, images, email templates, certificates and expiry settings without contacting us.

Administrator training is included and can be delivered in person or online. It covers inductions, users, contractors, branding, email templates, certificates, expiry settings and reporting. Training for new administrators and refresher sessions are also included.

Contractors and their people

Yes. Inductions run in a web browser on phones, tablets and computers. There is no app to download or install.

Yes. Contractor companies can add and update their own employees and subcontractors. Their PreQual information and induction records remain visible to your administrators in Tickbox.

Cost

Plans start from $85 per month plus GST. You can set Tickbox up yourself with no setup fee, or choose assisted setup from $500 plus GST. Assisted setup includes system configuration and building your initial inductions from the material you already use, quoted up front so you get a fixed price before you commit.

What the terms mean

A site induction explains the hazards, rules, contacts and emergency procedures a person needs to understand before working at a particular workplace. It can be delivered face to face or completed online before the person arrives.

A contractor induction provides contractors, subcontractors and other external workers with the site information and requirements relevant to their work. It may include general site rules as well as information specific to their role or activity.
