Tickbox is a New Zealand workplace induction product created, developed and supported by MOCA in Tauranga.

MOCA is a Tauranga-based web and software development company. The team builds custom web applications, client portals and integrations, and provides ongoing hosting and maintenance for organisations throughout New Zealand.

Tickbox is one of MOCA's own products. It has been developed and supported by the MOCA team since 2014, rather than licensed or resold from an overseas software provider.

Built to solve a real workplace problem

Tickbox was created to replace repeated face-to-face inductions and paper completion records with a straightforward online process. Contractors, staff and visitors can complete the right induction before they arrive, while administrators keep the records in one place.

The product has continued to develop with the organisations that use it. Contractor company access, prequalification, expiry management and integrations were added in response to real workplace requirements.

Local setup and support

MOCA provides system configuration, administrator training and ongoing support from Tauranga. Support is available by phone on 07 542 3453 and by email during New Zealand business hours.

Your administrators remain in control of their induction content and day-to-day changes, with product support and further training available when needed. Many Tickbox customers have been with us for years.
